How to Use

Topically: Mix a few drops with your favorite carrier oil. Add 3-5 drops to your bath.

Aromatically: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser. Add 3-5 drops to a steaming bowl of water. Inhale aroma directly from bottle.

Household: Add 3-5 drops to any cleaner. Add 3-5 drops to a spray bottle of distilled water.

Internally: Add 1 to 2 drops to 8 oz of water or 1 Tbsp of honey.
